On February 27, 2018, a videoconference took place on the ModeHEd project with participation of the HTWK team represented by Professor K. Hensgen, financial manager Marina Ivanova, project manager Alex Dekin, local coordinator from Uzbekistan Yunusov Alisher, local coordinator from Kazakhstan Ahmetova Alma.
On the agenda were questions on the project budget, on contracts for the use of the expense item for Subcontracting costs, printing-publishing cost issues, about preparations for the final conference in Fergana in September 2018.
