Workshop on the international project 561857-EPP-1-2015-DE-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP “Modernization of health education in universities” МodeHEd on April 4-5, 2017 was held in Tashkent, on the basis of Tashkent Medical Academy, Uzbek state institute of physical culture.
The Academy representatives, the head of the training-methodological center A. G. Ibragimova, head of the Department of nursing with a course of anesthesiology and intensive care A. A. Seydakhmetova, head of Evidence-based medicine Department K. Y. Akhmadiyeva, took part in the workshop of ModeHEd project.
The first day of the seminar-workshop, which was held at the Uzbek state Institute of physical culture, was very intense and fruitful. Participants from universities of the partner countries discussed the developments in modernization of study programs and courses, multimedia sector of development. On behalf of the Kazakh delegation a welcome speech was said by A. G. Ibragimova. Members of the working group of Academy such as A. A. Seydakhmetova and K. Y. Akhmadiyeva made presentations: “Modernization of curricula on the subject “Improvement of best practices in providing pre-hospital medical care”, “Modernization of curricula on the subject “Public health and health management”.
On the second day the representatives of Academy took part in the work of the working seminar on the basis of tashkent Medical Academy. TMA students demonstrated the role play simulation, algorithms of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. With European colleagues Prof. Stanislav Stipek, Dr. Jaroslav Majernik there was organized communication in On-line mode to discuss issues (download minutes).
